Cancellation Policy 

At Raphael Skiathos Living, we understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both parties:

Non Refundable Rate

– If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will not receive a refund of your reservation deposit.

– If you cancel your reservation between 29 days and 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will not refund 50% of your reservation deposit.

– If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, your reservation deposit will be non-refundable.

Flexible Rate

-If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.

– If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, your reservation deposit will be non-refundable.
