In 1919 a man from Skiathos built these houses as a dowry for his only daughters in the beautiful and famous large Calderimi of Skiathos.
Exactly 100 years later, in 2019, Neoklis and Marianthi buy these houses for their daughters, Olga and Venice, and the story is told.

The Great Calderimi crosses our neighborhood, one of the oldest traditional neighborhoods of Skiathos. Visitors can a enjoy their walk in the small alleys and especially in the Plakes area where the sea view is magnificent. Even in the small villages of Skala, where the view of the sea is spectacular.
3 minutes away is the beach Kohili where neighbours swim daily. In 1 minute another traditional cobbled street is just 1 minute away.
Leads to the church of Panagia of Limnia and from there in a few minutes the view of the old harbor from above is breathtaking.
